Most of our Dog Obedience Training Courses are held at our indoor, air conditioned training facility located in Pahrump, NV, but arrangements can be made to to have at The Sassy Trainer appear at the location of your choice.
Who teaches the Obedience Training Courses?
Tynia Dickson is the instructor for all the Sassy Trainer Courses, teaching in depth hands on sessions with Q & A and Troubleshooting segments to help everyone advance through the program.
How many people attend each session?
Up to 8 dogs can participate in each class.
Can I bring more than one dog?
We recommend one dog per person as it is hard to divide your attention between 2 dogs during class.
Do you have special pricing if I bring more than one dog?
No, your second dog would need a handler and each team is charged the same price.
What vaccination records are required? How do I get them to you?
Current vaccination records for rabies (if over 8 months old) and DHPP (distemper, hepatitis, parainfluenza, and parvovirus). Bring to class or email. We will provide instructions for sending the records after your dog is registered for the course.

How does this work online?
Once you have registered and paid, you will gain access to the training videos or Zoom link.
My dog has challenges not identified above. Does ST5 cover that as well?
Yes! Make an appointment to meet with me in person or by zoom.
Will I receive certification that I completed Basic Obedience Training?
Yes!
Are there any prerequisites to take this course?
No, we welcome all regardless of their level of experience with dogs.
